Refund Policy

AIHUB provides digital goods and AI companion access. Because these services are delivered digitally and may be available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access, credits, or content has been granted.

General Refund Rule

All sales are final unless a billing error, delivery failure, unauthorized charge, or legal obligation requires review.

1. General Policy

Digital content, credits, and premium access are non-refundable once delivered, unlocked, or used.

2. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • duplicate charges caused by a billing error
  • proven technical failure where purchased access was never delivered
  • unauthorized transactions confirmed after review
  • refunds required by applicable law

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • dissatisfaction with fictional or AI-generated content
  • unused credits, except where required by law
  • content or access already downloaded, viewed, or unlocked
  • buyer remorse after successful digital delivery

4. Request Window

If you believe a valid exception applies, contact support promptly after the charge appears. Requests should ideally be submitted within 24 to 72 hours of the transaction.

5. Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Please include:

  • account email
  • transaction date
  • amount charged
  • reason for the request
  • any supporting screenshots or error details

6. Chargebacks & Abuse

Users should contact support before filing a chargeback whenever possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.
